NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007278-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and REIT MANAGED ASSETS INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE NOT PERSONALLY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH TWO THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN, KNOWN AS 219 GARDEN COVE LAND TRUST; MYRA SMITH; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 219 GARDEN COVE LAND TRUST, DATED MARCH 6, 2015; YVONNE HARRIS; et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of September 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16A, Benton's Garden Cove, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 1, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
