NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010967-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JUAN C. NIEVES BRICENO; ZENEIKA GUZMAN; WYNDHAM LAKES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., are defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28TH day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, IN BLOCK 7, OF WYNDHAM LAKES ESTATES UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
