NOTICE OF OPENING OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING
WAITING LIST FOR ALL BEDROOMS
Effective Monday, August 13, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Winter Park (WPHA), also known as the Winter Park Housing Authority, will open its Waiting List for its 0 (efficiency units), 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments located at the Meadows apartments (family site) 718 Margaret Square, Winter Park FL and Tranquil Terrace Apartments (senior/disabled site) 845 W. Swoope Ave, Winter Park FL.
Applications will be accepted for WPHA's Public Housing Waiting List must
Apply ON-LINE ONLY by visiting the Winter Park Housing Authority website: www.winterparkha.org
Applications will only be accepted when completed and submitted online.
No telephone calls, walk-ins or paper pre-applications will be accepted.
If you are elderly, handicap or disabled and require a Reasonable Accommodation or need a language translation call WPHA at 407-645-2869 ext: 203 and leave a voicemail with your first and last name. A call will be returned in the order it was received. Applications will be received, and Wait List will remain open until the Authority has reached the maximum Waiting List capacity. Public Notice will be provided when WPHA determines that the Waiting List should be closed.
