NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 31, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 18000137CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and EDWARD and SANDRA BRUNICARDI, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ROGER D. EATON, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Charlotte County's On Line Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of August, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described Property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT #412, PHASE 2, WINDJAMMER POINT, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 51-A THRU 51-F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 16TH DAY OF MARCH, 1990 IN O.R. BOOK 1091, PAGES 256 THRU 293, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENTS THERETO ADDING SUBSEQUENT PHASES, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
