NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Damages and Foreclosure of Lien dated July 2, 2018, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on the 31st day of August, 2018 beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 29200 Jones Loop Road, Lot #261, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, a 1996 MERI Mobile Home, VIN #FLHMBT59138765A, Title #0071208188 and VIN #FLHMBT59138765B, Title #0071208189.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
