NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 6, 2018 and an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 31, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-009731AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and ELI A. MUNOZ A/K/A ELI MUNOZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELI A. MUNOZ A/K/A ELI MUNOZ N/K/A ERINA MUNOZ; MARCIAL E. SOLORZANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIAL E. SLOROZANO N/K/A LIZETTE SOLORZANO; SUMMER PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; ASSOCIATION OF SUMMER PLACE OWNERS INC., are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 31st day of August, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT 2-C, SUMMER PLACE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1009, PAGES 1351 THROUGH 1413, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 31, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
