NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA005627AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Clerk of the Courts, Angelina Colonneso shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 A.M. on August 24, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
THE EAST 42 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE WEST 31 FEET OF LOT 15, ORANGE PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
With a street address of: 1004-1006 35TH Avenue Drive, East, Bradenton, FL 34208.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
