NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure dated July 9, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015CA003426AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR19 is the Plaintiff and Thomas J Dowd A/K/A Thomas J Dowd, Jr.; The Unknown Spouse of Thomas J Dowd A/K/A Thomas J Dowd, Jr.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Greenbrook Village Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE LL, UNIT 3, ALSO KNOWN AS GREENBROOK PRESERVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 123 THROUGH 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
