NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA003839AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Sequoia Mortgage Trust 11 is the Plaintiff and Shawn A. Icely a/k/a Shawn A. Icelys; United States of America; The Bank of Commerce are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block D, Bayshore Gardens, Section No, 4. As Per Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 9, Page 69, Of The Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
