NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-000848 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Raymond Matthews, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 31st day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
