IVES A/K/A GAIL DIANE IVES; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JOHN SHERRILL are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 470 FEET OF THE SOUTH 293.75 FEET OF THE NORTH 1722.50 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR THE ROAD.
