NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 23, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2018CA001076000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, FIFTH THIRD BANK, AN OHIO BANKING CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and IRMA I MANGUAL BENTANCOURT; LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE MARION GOLF ESTATES MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING 26, LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6080, PAGE 1358; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT;
SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
