LENDINGHOME FUNDING CORP., is Plaintiff and G2 PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, LLC.; BRIAN K. GEORGE A/K/A BRIAN GEORGE A/K/A B.K.G., are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, PALM ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
