Powers a/k/a Stephen Powers, The Estates of Lake St. Charles Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 4th day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
