NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1st, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2012CA-003939 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and JEFFREY R. BROOKS, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of August 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK J, CARTER DEEN REALTY CO'S REVISED MAP OF DIXIELAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
