RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 2, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2016CA004122000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF NINA V. GREENE, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 12 AND THE NORTH 17 FEET OF LOT(S) 11, BLOCK L OF ALBERT PARK ADDITION TO LAKELAND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 25, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
