The vehicle will be sold for $1386.22. Sale will be held by lienor at REGAL LAKELAND 925 BARTOW RD LAKELAND, FL 33801 863 867 8000-. Pursuant to F.S. 713.585, the cash sum amount of $1386.22 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any owner, lienholders, or interested parties have a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filing a demand with the POLK County Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle prior to the sale, by posting a bond pursuant to F.S. 559.917, and if sold, proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in POLK County for disposition.
