NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA000557000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. HOME INVESTMENT FUND II, LP, is Plaintiff and RAY G. STEADMAN A/K/A RAY G. STEADMAN, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAY G. STEADMAN A/K/A RAY G. STEADMAN, JR. N/K/A LAURA C. STEADMAN A/K/A CANDI STEADMAN, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 894, OF INWOOD UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 35A AND 35B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
