NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001252 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY A. FRYE; INES C. FRYE; SUNSET HOUSE OF MARCO ISLAND, INC. F/K/A SUNSET HOUSE APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
