NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000695-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8, Plaintiff, and, SEAN S. BROWN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of September, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3 OF WATERGRASS PARCEL “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 73 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
