RUBENSTEIN AKA MARJORIE B. WILLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARJORIE B. RUBENSTEIN AKA MARJORIE B. WILLIS; GLORIA G. RUBENSTEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA G. RUBENSTEIN; ARIELLE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and dated 3/20/2017. UNIT 1002, BUILDING 10, PHASE 6, ARIELLE ON PALMER RANCH, SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS #2004147095, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 9, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
