Lot 14, Block 1573, 32 ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, at Pages 16, 16A through 16L, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs' attorney whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC, The BIG W Law Firm, 3195 S. Access Rd., Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before September 10, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
