NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 004512 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-SD1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Unknown Beneficiaries of the Clara L. Williams Living Trust, UTD 09/12/2011; Unknown Successor Trustees of the Clara L. Williams Living Trust, UTD 09/12/2011; Torrance Fitzgerald DeLoach a/k/a Torrance Williams are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www. sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 177 OF UNIT #1 NEWTON ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 17, 17A AND 17B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
