NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 002507 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LYNNE STEVELBERG TRUST, DATED FEB. 13, 2009; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LYNNE STEVELBERG TRUST DATED FEB. 13, 2009; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNNE STEVELBERG; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LYNNE STEVELBERG; JOHN FREDERIC STEVELBERG AS POSSIBLE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LYNNE STEVELBERG TRUST DATED FEB. 13, 2009; ROBERT WILLIAM STEVELBERG AS POSSIBLE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LYNNE STEVELBERG TRUST DATED FEB. 13, 2009, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10579 AND 10580, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
