Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 17-CA-001995, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA2, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff, and CRAIG R. HOVER; CHRISTINE L. HOVER; MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DEANNA MARVEL; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A KIRA SCHARGORODSKI, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 24, 2018 at 9:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25, BLOCK H, UNIT A, WHISKEY CREEK COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 138 THROUGH 142, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
