NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000532 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES LLC, is Plaintiff, and NICKOLAUS R. BOYD, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 59, Block 7065, SANDOVAL- PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 79, Page 15, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
