YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a residential mortgage foreclosure action has been filed against you, by Plaintiff, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the real property more particularly described as:
Lot 108, Block C, of COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 79, at pages 72 through 83, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Colleen E.
