NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, and entered in 36-2018-CA-000283 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and LAURA SMILEY A/K/A LAURA OLSEN; JOHN SMILEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
