NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002280, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and CARROLL DALE; CIT BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 13, BLOCK 3, TROPICAL ACRES- UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
