NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2018, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005928, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DBA CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOSE NUNEZ A/K/A JOSE L. NUNEZ A/KA JOSE LUIS NUNEZ; JACQUELINE MARIE MOLY; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE MARIE MOLY; STATE OF FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
