NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005654, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FANNIE J. RODGERS A/K/A FANNIE JOYCE RODGERS, DECEASED; JEFFREY L. HARRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY L. HARRIS; RALPH WILLIAMS, JR.; RANDAL WILLIAMS; RODNEY K. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODNEY K. WILLIAMS; EVERETT L. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVERETT L. WILLIAMS; ROSLYN M. WILLIAMS; RENITA J. LOT 22, BLOCK 54, OF CLAIR MEL CITY SECTION A, UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA., AND BY PLAT CHANGE RESOLUTION RECORDED DECEMBER 21, 1976 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3188, PAGE 1681, AND BY PLAT CHANGE RESOLUTION RECORDED JANUARY 9, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3321, PAGE 1057 ALL OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
