NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 18, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-005545 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank NA., is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Abbott Strady a/k/a Cynthia A. Strady, Sean T. Strady, United States of America, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25 AND THAT PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF B STREET (NOW CLOSED) ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 25, OF REVISED PLAN OF STUART GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF B STREET BEING THAT PART BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CHAPIN AVENUE AND BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25.
