NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-662 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL ROBERT KNOX and ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF MICHAEL ROBERT KNOX are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 45, Block 2, APOLLO BEACH UNIT 0NE PART TWO, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 41, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
