NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-2311 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and RANDY A. HERNDON, RAILROAD & INDUSTRIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNIO and THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR THE THIRTEENT JUDICIAL CIRCUIT are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 30, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 28, Block 10, RIVERDALE SUBDIVISION PHASE 3A, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
