NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Ex Parte Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-009190, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHARLES LEWIS; SHERISE LYNN LEWIS; MAGNOLIA GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PLANT CITY, INC., are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK “E”, MAGNOLIA GREEN-PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109 AT PAGES 17 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
