NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PERMIT APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received a surface water permit application number 766965 from City of Tampa c/o James Jackson, at 306 E. Jackson St. Tampa, FL 33602. Application was received on June 12, 2018. Proposed activity includes stormwater improvements (located on parcel ID numbers A-24-29-18-4ZM-000104-00008.0 and A-24-29-18-4ZM-000104-00008.1) with, a 75 chamber subsurface stormtech stormwater management system, and modifications to other associated stormwater infrastructure. The project's name is Tampa Convention Center and is located on approximately 1.20 acres of land, located in Section 24, Township 29 South, Range 18 East, in Hillsborough County. There are no outstanding Florida waters or aquatic preserves within the project limits. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Southwest Florida Water Management District office located at 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6899. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice. If you wish to be notified of agency action or an opportunity to request an administrative hearing regarding the application, you must send a written request referencing the permit application number to the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Regulation Performance Management Department, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34604-6899 or submit your request through the District's website at www.watermatters.org.
