NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 27, 2017 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-015713 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANDREW SCAGLIONE III, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1, REVISED MAP OF EUREKA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
