NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-004505 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jack Fisher, Deceased; Sonny Durr; Adam Jerome Durr a/k/a Adam J. Durr; Evon Durr Porteus a/k/a Evon D. Porteus; Jessie Lee Durr a/k/a Jessie L. Durr; Marie Criswell; Charlie James Durr; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, OF EMMA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
