NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-5232 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF BILL JOHNSTON, THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF BILL JOHNSTON, JOSEPH R. PAFFORD, JR.;, CHRISTINA L. PAFFORD and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 54 feet of Lot 4, Block 4, FARM LAND SUBDIVISION, less the West 172 feet thereof, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 83, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West 175 feet thereof.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
