NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and entered in the above styled case, wherein WESTLAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION,INC., is the Plaintiff and TERENCE D.
