NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order scheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 17-007149-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Richard L.V. Coates, Plaintiff and Sam Ivy K9 Consultants, Inc. and Kendall W. Ivy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com AT 10:00 A.M. on August 28, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
119 E. LIME ST., TARPON SPRINGS, FL TARPON SPRINGS ENTERPRISES, BLOCK 77, LOT 11
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
