NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-002142-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PETER CHRYSSIKOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER CHRYSSIKOS; DORA J. CHRYSSIKOS A/K/A DORA CHRYSSIKOS; KALMIA CONDOMINIUM NO.2, INC.; LEILA PAPP; CHELY CANTRELL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT 305, BUILDING NO. 2, KALMIA NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 3080, PAGE 260, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF FILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 12, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 17, BOTH PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT HEREIN DESCRIBED TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS, AND PRIVILEGES AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
