NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-005637-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for
PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH SCOPELLITE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, ORANGE ESTATES OF ST. PETERSBURG FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
