NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2018 and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-004512-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff and DAVID VAN HOOFF A/K/A DAVID M. VANHOOFF; et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of September 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 19, of Lake Butler Villa Cos Subdivision of Block 19 of Tarpon Springs, according to map of plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 102, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 515 Pent St., TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
