BOOK 4219, PAGES 1465 - 1523, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 9-11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
