NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-003062-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-B, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF TERRY PRUETT A/K/A TERRY D. PRUETT A/K/A TERRY DOUGLAS PRUETT; MARILYN WALKER; PINELLAS COUNTY, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; FREIDA AHMAD; JUDY HARRIS; PHYLLIS AYERS; JEAN ROLLINS, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, LESS THE WESTERLY 2 FEET IN BLOCK A OF BEVERLY TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
