NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002353 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Stefan Kaschkadayev are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 6, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 40, COQUINA KEY SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 29, BLOCK 40, COQUINA KEY SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LOT LINE THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 110.71 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 29; THENCE RUN BY A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 209.65 FEET, RUN AN ARC DISTANCE OF 18.00 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE, THE SAME BEING THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 29 TO A POINT ON THE CURVE; THENCE RUN IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
