NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-002221 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Nadine S. Spoto are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 504, BUILDING 2, REDINGTON TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 12/04/1974 IN BOOK 4239, PAGE 276 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERE TO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
