NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 24th day of July, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30 day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Unit 102, Building A, Park South Condominium, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Page 101 through 103 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5130, Page 545, ET SEQ., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
