NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018 entered in Case No. 16-008090-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I, INC. TRUST 2006-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE6 is the Plaintiff, and YAK PROPERTIES, LLC f/k/a YAK, LLC; JOSEPH C. ROSS a/k/a JOSEPH ROSS; GLORIA ROSS; LABELLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY; KURT DOMBROSKI ROOFING CONTRACTOR, INC. LINWARD CORP. f/k/a ALL-PHASE PAVING & SEALING; AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS 1 N/K/A TOM OWENS; are the Defendants; Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2018, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING D, PHASE II, LABELLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 55 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE II IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 62 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5613, PAGE 1, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE II IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5676, PAGE 1899 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
